Cross Connection Control
The Environmental Control Programs Division (ECP) of the ECUA was created in compliance with Section 62-550 of the Florida Administrative Code, which requires all community water systems to establish a routine cross-connection control program to detect and prevent cross-connections that may create an imminent and substantial danger to the public health.
Our goal is to ensure protection of public health through the provision of minimum requirements and standards for design, construction, operation, and maintenance of our potable water system.
